Adam Benton, Head Chef
Adam Benton started out his career in the busy kitchen at the Marks Tey Hotel in Essex. Having worked underneath Stas Anastasiades from the Milsom Hotels and Restaurant group in Essex, Adam was greatly influenced by his outstanding knowledge of food.
Adam now prides himself in healthy, balanced meals while trying to get the best out of the wonderful array of ingredients used to create a dish at Brew Brothers.

Brew Brothers offers a wide range of food and drinks throughout the day. From our delicious pastries when we open at 8am right up to our late night closing time on our Fizzy Fridays where you can enjoy a glass of Prosecco to round off your week.
Pop in for breakfast and try one of our delicious Artisan pastries from our Lake District baker, Lovingly Artisan. Enjoy with a warm drink from our wide selection of coffees and teas. Takeaway or sit in - we are open from 8am Monday - Saturday, 9am on our lazy Sundays.
We offer a wide range of all day brunches all freshly made on the premises. Come in for a leisurely brunch or enjoy something a little alternative for lunch.
Our lunch menu is varied with lighter options such as sandwiches and fish cakes to our homemade burgers. With vegetarian options, gluten free options and options for the kids, there really is something for everyone.
COFFEE & CAKE
We have a delicious selection of homemade cakes, served with Illy and Farrers coffee, a perfect accompaniment for catching up with friends.
End your week with Brew Brothers. We open until 7pm every Friday. Come join us and celebrate the weekend with a bottle of Prosecco.

Both the open steak on sourdough bread and the pork and chorizo burger were plentiful, freshly prepared and delicious. Even though it was busy we were never made to feel rushed and we ordered cakes and more drinks after our meal. We will definitely be coming again."
